Past Clients Say…

“Richard Sackett guided my process of self-discovery with compassion, intelligence and a humor. Now, I can access my 'best' self whenever needed. Whether leading or following, I am 'version 2.0' of me. As a design professional, I appreciated Richard's common-sense approach and the easily-understood tools he taught me to use. Richard is a 'coach' in the truest sense of the word - critical, supportive and focused on my goals. Most importantly, Richard delivered the results I needed.”

-Architect, Chief Administrative Officer, Board Member

“Dr. Sackett was incredibly instructive & provided deep insights into what effective management & leadership truly means, along with what resonates most with different audiences. He shared & demonstrated the requisite tools need to effectively lead, as opposed to simply identifying instances of good leadership. Dr. Sackett placed particular emphasis on the building blocks of leadership, as opposed to gimmicky or trendy fixes, and significant time was spent on developing management skills by honing basic but critical (and too often, in my case, overlooked) communication skills. I’m extremely grateful for his patience & real concern, but mostly for the actionable step plan we together developed as it will serve me both professionally & personally for many years to come.
